Procedures

1. Submit academic record from previous school and birth certificate (copy and original) for evaluation
2. Fill-in the registration form
3. Pay registration fee
4. Take the placement test
5. Have an interview with the principal (both student and parent)
6. Pay school fees

The Required Documents

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Parents’ Passport / KTP / KITAS (Both parents)
3. Photos of the Child (3 x 4 cm = 3 pcs) (colour)
4. Photo of Parents (2 x 3 cm = 1 pc) (colour)
5. Photo of the Driver (2 x 3 cm = 1 pc) (colour)
6. Copy of Previous School Results (Report/Certificate)

• Copy of Transfer Letter from Previous School (For Movement Student) dan must be legalized by Local National Education Department
• Kartu Kendali (Secondary - JC)
• NISN = Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional (Primary - JC)
• Surat Validasi Sekolah (Primary - JC)
